Whether you found a confusing screen, a possible billing mismatch, or you need privacy help, you deserve a single trustworthy place to write. VocatAI uses one support inbox so nothing gets lost between departments.

Official contact

Use support@cryptodeta.com. It matches the Contact us page on this site (/contact). If someone asks you to move the conversation to a random chat app or to pay a fee just to get help, that is not us.

Bug reports that get fixed faster

  • What you tapped before the problem appeared.
  • Whether you were signed in or using the app as a guest.
  • Whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data, if connectivity might matter.

Privacy and account questions
