Use a clear subject (for example VocatAI support, Bug report, or VocatAI data deletion request). To delete your data, you must email this same address—see Privacy & data for what to include. We reply from this inbox or a clearly identified team address.

What we can help with

  • Account access, sign-in with email or Google, and guest-session questions.
  • Translation issues, errors, or unexpected behavior in the Android app.
  • Privacy and data: requests to access, correct, or delete your information (see also our dedicated guides below).
  • Press, partnerships, or other business inquiries—briefly describe your goal.

Before you email (bugs and crashes)

If something failed in the app, including these details speeds up investigation:

  • Android version and device model.
  • VocatAI app version (from Settings or the Play Store listing).
  • What you were doing (for example text vs camera translation) and what you expected.
  • Approximate date and time (with timezone) if the issue was intermittent.

Installs, refunds, and device compatibility are often easiest through Google Play. You can still email us if you are unsure where to start—we will point you in the right direction.
