Privacy & data
This page is a practical guide to your data and how to ask us to delete it. To delete data or ask privacy questions, email support@cryptodeta.com —the same address as our Contact us page. For full legal wording, read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What we may store
Depending on how you use VocatAI, our systems may include your account details (such as email or Google-linked profile), translation history (text you sent and translated output, including from image translation where applicable), usage counters tied to your plan, and technical data such as IP addresses used for security and abuse prevention. Guest (unsigned) sessions use a separate profile; see the Privacy Policy for detail.
How to request deletion of your data
To delete your account and the personal data we associate with it—or to ask questions about what we hold—you must email support@cryptodeta.com (same as Contact us). We use email only so we can verify your identity and protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
Contact email
Use a clear subject line such as VocatAI data deletion request. In the body, include the email address you use with VocatAI (if you signed in with email or Google), your display name if helpful, and any other details that will help us find your account. If you only used a guest session and never signed in, explain that and share anything you can (for example approximate dates of use); we will do our best to assist within technical limits.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt when possible and may ask for extra information only if we need to verify your request.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize the personal data covered by your request, subject to any legal obligation to retain certain records (for example short-term security logs).
- Deletion may take a short processing period; we aim to complete eligible requests without undue delay.
Data on your device
Signing out of the app or clearing app data on your phone removes locally stored tokens and preferences on that device. That does not by itself erase data already stored on our servers; use the email process above for server-side deletion.
